Who we are
VulcaPH is a vehicle maintenance management platform that helps motorists track their vehicles, find nearby services and request roadside assistance, and helps shops manage their requests.
Data we collect
• Account details: name and email address. • Vehicle data: brand, model, plate number, mileage, maintenance and repair records, and document expiry dates. • Location: your device location when you use the map or request help, only with your permission. • Shop data: business details, contact numbers and verification documents submitted during registration. • Messages, community posts, ratings and contact form submissions.
How we use your data
To provide the service: matching you with nearby shops, sending maintenance and document reminders (email, calendar, push or SMS), processing service requests, verifying shops, and improving the app through anonymous usage analytics.
Sharing
When you send a service request, your name, contact number, location and issue details are shared with the assigned shop. We do not sell your personal data. We use trusted service providers (hosting, email, maps, payments) only to operate the app.
Your rights (Saudi PDPL)
Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law you may access, correct or request deletion of your data. You can delete your account at any time from Settings in My Garage, or contact us through the Contact page.
Retention & security
We keep your data while your account is active and delete it when you delete your account, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. Access to records is restricted to you, the shops you deal with, and administrators.
