Acceptance
By using VulcaPH you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
The service
VulcaPH connects motorists with independent vulcanizing, repair and parts shops. Shops are independent businesses; VulcaPH does not perform repairs and is not responsible for the quality, pricing or outcome of work done by shops.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the accuracy of information you provide, including vehicle and shop details.
Shops
Shops must provide truthful business information and valid verification documents, honour quoted fares, and respond to accepted requests promptly. We may suspend shops that break these rules.
Payments & advertising
Service fees are paid directly to the shop using the payment method agreed. Advertising plans purchased by shops are prepaid and run for the period shown; fees are non-refundable once an ad is approved and live, unless required by law.
Acceptable use
Do not post illegal, misleading, abusive or spam content, misuse the SOS or request features, or attempt to access other users' data. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Maintenance guidance
Diagnostics, maintenance reminders and guides are for general information only and are not a substitute for inspection by a qualified mechanic. In an emergency, call 911 / 993.
Liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, VulcaPH is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the app or from services provided by shops.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
